Himalayan Engineering Associates Pvt. Ltd. (HEAPL) was established in 1993 with a mission of providing quality services and customer satisfaction in all kinds of construction works, engineering design, supply and application of construction materials and chemicals. HEAPL is a “Class A” contractor and a pioneer in structural repair, rehabilitation and waterproofing along with various other structural treatment works in Nepal, with a good reputation of over 31 years. Our Company has demonstrated unmatched abilities in special construction and repair works like Carbon Fiber Retrofitting, Epoxy Injection Grouting, Waterproofing and crack sealing along with decoration works such as metal cladding and flooring (Ucrete Flooring) work.

Our company has also been associated with the world renowned construction chemical manufacturing company Masters Builders Solutions® for over two decades as Himalayan Engineering Traders (HET). HET is a sister concern of HEAPL, which is an authorized dealer/supplier of chemicals and wide range of products which are reliable, durable and well established in the market with good reputation.

The company so far has demonstrated unmatched abilities in the following areas;-

• Application and supply of construction materials and chemicals especially for waterproofing and structural strengthening protection by applying modern construction chemicals system.
• Building Construction and Maintenance work.
• Construction, maintenance and repair works of various types of bridges.
• Testing of construction materials
• Special construction treatment works such as crack treatment of honeycomb on concrete by epoxy/ pressure grouting and other necessary techniques.
• Sealing of construction joints and expansion joints.
• Protective treatment on steel structures with multi-layer metacare epoxy coating system by blast cleaning method.
• Concrete/sand piling works in foundation.
• Carbon fiber strengthening and protection works in civil structure.
• Application of aluminium composite panels [ACP] in modern building constructions.
